What's for Lunch?

I'm not sure what's for lunch at home yet, today, but here are some recent lunches that we've had at home...

Potatoes, collard greens, grape tomatoes, black beans & garlic. Fresh organic berries w/ a dollop of organic plain yogurt, drizzled w/ honey.

Trader Joe's handmade whole wheat tortilla pizza, raw broccoli, orange segments, Alexia Sweet Potato Puffs (a rare treat), & organic Asian Sesame dressing for the veggies.

Trader Joe's handmade whole wheat tortilla pizzas w/ organic spinach, grapes, organic cucumber sticks, & organic ants on a log w/ dates.

A flatbread from Whole Foods Market (5 ingredients), fresh sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, spinach, Italian seasoning.

A Great Harvest veggie sandwich made at home...GH honey whole wheat, all natural roasted red pepper hummus, colby cheese, red onion, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, & romaine.

Same sandwich as above, but on Whole Foods whole wheat, w/ orange segments  organic carrots, & organic peanut butter.  Mixed greens salad w/ organic Caesar.

The family's favorite sandwiches. Even the kids love them in some variation or another! GH honey whole wheat (I buy a loaf every Wednesday!), all natural roasted red pepper hummus, cheese, organic spinach, organic cucumber, red onion, & a drizzle of homemade dressing...delicious!
Pizza paninis (flax bread, shredded Swiss, all natural marinara, spinach, red onion) for our lunch!

Flatbread pizza pictured above, but with an orange & green drink w/ organic black chia seeds.
